Check in - check out:
• The arrival time is from 12:30 pm (in case you arrive earlier you can leave you luggage with us).
• The check out time is from 10:00 am to 12:00. In case you would like to stay more time please let us know and we will do our best for you to have a late check out. Payments in cash have a 5% discount.
We will be grateful if you could let us know you arrival time. Our check in service is from 08.30am to 12.30pm in winter time and until 19.00 pm in summer time. Depending of the arrival time we will explain you where and how collect the room keys.
Car Parking
There is at your disposal a free private parking located 200 m from Son Sant Jordi.. Reservation is not possible as it is depending availability. At your arrival we recommend you to park for a moment on the square Sant jordi to dropp off the luggage and we are happy to assist finding a place to park.
Breakfast
Breakfast buffet is served from 07.45 am a 09.45 am
Please let us know should you need any special products ( free gluten, celiac, soya, vegetarian..) We accept any requirement telling us before arrival.
Half Board
Please take note that the Restaurant is closed in winter time. The dinner is served in local restaurant closed to the Son Sant Jordi. The dinner is a 3 course meal menu, choices of starters, main courses and dessert. Drinks are not included. Winter Schedule is from 19.00 pm till 22.00 pm and Summer Schedule from 13.00 pm to 23.00 pm
Transfer
For Airport Transfer service please contact with us as we will require you arrival and departure time as well the flight numbers . The transfer reservation is only confirmed when you receive final meeting point for pick up.
Deposits
It is required a deposit of 10 eur to guarantee the use/return of pool towels, car parking keys, bicycles and general items rooms. Any damage of these items or not return has a charge of 10 eur.
*Pool towels are not allowed to take out of the garden area. Please request us the blue towels for the beach in case you need.
Summer Time
We offer you the beach facilities services at our sister Galeon Suites located in Port Pollensa. For the use of beach towels, shower and roof terrace. For further information please do not hesitate to ask.
